Any generated content or outputs

YOU AGREE THAT ROUDEX AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
WARRANTIES OF TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
WARRANTIES OF SECURITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY
WARRANTIES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED
WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT

8.2. Absolute Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

ROUDEX AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
LIABILITY EXTENDS TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM: UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, DATA BREACHES, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL ISSUES
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES

8.3. Damage Caps

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE LESSER OF:

THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY REFLECT A REASONABLE AND FAIR ALLOCATION OF RISK AND ARE AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND ROUDEX AI.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

Comprehensive Indemnification

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS ROUDEX AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, JUDGMENTS, AWARDS, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES, OR FEES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
Your use or misuse of the Service
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content submitted, posted, or transmitted through your account
Any activities conducted through your account (whether by you or another person)
Any data breaches or security incidents related to your account
Your failure to secure your account credentials
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Any claims related to your data or content
Any consequences of service interruptions or data losses

THIS INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION WILL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

10.1. Term. These Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.

10.2. Termination. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

12.2. Class Action Waiver. YOU AND ROUDEX AI AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

16.1. AI Technology and Intellectual Property

ALL ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGY, ALGORITHMS, MODELS, AND RELATED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY USED IN THE SERVICE ARE THE EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY OF ROUDEX AI. ANY ATTEMPT TO REVERSE ENGINEER, DECOMPILE, OR EXTRACT OUR AI TECHNOLOGY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE LEGAL ACTION.

16.2. Generated Content Ownership

WHILE USERS RETAIN RIGHTS TO THEIR OUTPUT, ROUDEX AI:

Maintains ownership of all AI models, algorithms, and training methods
Reserves the right to use anonymized data for service improvement
Claims no responsibility for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
Is not liable for any business decisions made based on AI outputs

17. CORPORATE PROTECTION AND BUSINESS USE

17.1. Business Entity Protection

ROUDEX AI AND ITS PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND PARTNERS ARE PROTECTED FROM:

Any claims arising from business use of our Service
Losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
Damages from service interruptions or modifications
Claims related to intellectual property disputes
Any form of business liability or commercial damages

17.2. Commercial Use Limitations

FOR BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL USERS:
